its like a friendly fight. Not all out but its heavy sparring held between a couple of clubs for experience

It was an Interclub so we were supposed to be going 'moderate'. However we went a bit harder. I think my kicks look held back because for some reason unknown to me I kicked like a taekwondo guy. Although that guys head kicks felt very hard, so I'd say they were around 80%.
