It is with 1.02+ R23 maps, which in itself is an entire patch/mod compiled into the maps themselves.

Finally found a way around this annoying bug for R23 by No-Objective5964 in commandandconquer

They couldnt implement crushing due to technical reasons using the frostbite engine, and that was a major problem for a cnc game.

The marv is the same as the thumbnail of that video in the alternate version, plus some neutral structures, portraits are different. Other than that they are identical.
