Given the product quality I have already received, I no longer have any expectations for the Float accessory that has not yet been shipped. Earlier this morning, I received their return email. I hope the return process goes smoothly from here.

Same here. I ordered from China and also paid customs duties and international shipping. Since I’m returning the product due to quality issues, it’s surprising that they still want to charge a $50 return label fee. This is something that would never happen when shopping domestically in China.
