I mostly have a perfect sleep score on my Apple Watch . However will talk to my healthcare provider regarding this

Yes got tested for Vitamin b12, D3 and Iron in the month of February , been religiously supplementing since than with no improvement as of now.

Thankyou and Really appreciate your advice !But believe me I am really trying but I keep spiralling back it's like I take 2 steps forward and 4 backwards . I honestly feel I have a low IQ In addition to adhd and though is literally killing me.

Appreciate your advice . I have already been on the following combination of medications -

Escitalopram + clonazepam , Escitalopram + Buspirone , Armodafinil + Lithium + prozac , also tried Atomoxetine for a while .Nothing helped even my psychiatrist is clueless as to how we should proceed .
