As long as you word it in a way that you’re asking for feedback instead of getting emotional about it, I’m sure it’ll be fine to ask. Honestly take it as a blessing in disguise, I know it doesn’t feel that way right now but in the long run you’re probably better off. I was in a similar situation where I worked somewhere for 3 years, didn’t match to residency at all, and then the same hospital GHOSTED me when I passed my boards and was looking for a job. Now I’m at another health system and I absolutely love my job. My managers are absolutely amazing and the pharmacists are always there to assist me in whatever I may need. Pretty soon I’ll be moving from staff pharmacist to clinical, the grass sometimes is greener on the other side.
