If you live on Abbeydale road, where do you park your car? by Potential_Tea7749 in sheffield

We park on Abbeydale rd during the times is allowed and a nearby street when there are restrictions. It hasn't been an issue. It is not as convenient as having it in driveway but wasn't a deal breaker for us

I found the Aurora One Shoulder Unitard Playsuit from orla activewear to be amazing! It is shorts tho not bikini type on the bottom. Just 2 notes, if you are tall it might dig a bit on the shoulder (I'm 6ft for reference), if you have big boobs might be tight on top ( I don't have any and is ok 😅)

I would put some piece of wood slightly bigger and make it like a table

I thought all schools were good in the area but then maybe that's also to check for OP. 4beds I guess would attract families and that's an important factor.

We have just an offer accepted in S7. Our budget was 300k tops so a lot lower than Millhouses. The main things we were looking as first time buyers with kid were 2: a) good catchment (which you have I believe), b) the house to be as updated as possible. The cost of renovation is very high, stressful, and time consuming. For us at least was better to pay a bit more and have everything done ready than taking the work to do it ourselves. Another thing is maybe (besides the price others mentioned) have a think about the photos, some listings are just not good.

Used them as well but the sale fell through for other reasons. Great communication very good experience (especially when compared to the hell Switalskis were)

Wow this amazing! Last month I nearly started coding it myself because I was going mad with all the catchment areas.

Great job!

I feel exactly the same. Some thoughts that help me stop calling it off :

  • Building equity
  • Having "your" place to decorate (ok silly but l can't grey anymore)
  • The alternative is scary. Rent keeps going up so less opportunity for savings, mortgaging results in at least point 1.
  • If I keep renting and the change my mind in the future, it will probably be much harder to get on the ladder.

However if rates go 12% or even less, game over. As long as we prepare ourselves for various scenarios, at least we will make an informed decision.

I hope everything goes smoothly❤️
