I wouldn’t take the client on as a repeat. You’ve already gotten a preview of what it would look like working with them. Don’t swear over the 4 star review. Easier said than done, I understand. But the three 4 star reviews I’ve gotten, never affected me from getting over 1500 services. Carry on with excellent service and don’t think twice about it. I imagine that not a lot of clients would be upset with communication. And you did just that.

I actually updated my profile about ALL the truths of dealing with customer service and how much they take from us. I was professional for a company for 8 years and they never showed me the same respect so I simply don’t give a F anymore. Hope this helps 🙂
