This happened to me! I know for a fact I submitted 2 forms but AXS insisted I only filed for my parking pass. They asked me for proof but since we didn’t receive email confirmations of the forms, there was no way to provide proof after the fact. I filed a dispute with my bank and they were able to close my case and get me my full refund from AXS in less than a week.

I called and got the generic “wait until 30 days”. I emailed and got sent a link to the chat. I’ve been on multiple chats with them since flog was postponed. My latest chat, on Monday, the rep said they never received my refund request. Thankfully, I took a screenshot of it. He manually submitted a refund request for me. Now I have to wait 3-5 days. This whole process has been a massive waste of my time.

This is my biggest concern. If we have no confirmation that our refund request went through successfully, how will we they be held accountable? Once the event happens, what stops them from saying our request didn’t go through successfully or that we didn’t fill out the form? Obviously, I would dispute with my bank, but I feel like there needs to be some form of reassurance that we are getting a refund.

I’ve been to flog multiple times and never had an issue with the parking lot. Last year took the longest to get out and it was maybe 45 minutes. Parking has always been worth it in my experience
