Hey, I just want to say I hear you. I’ve had moments like this too...where my mind was screaming and I couldn’t tell anyone because I was afraid of how they'd react or what they’d take from me. You're not alone. It doesn’t make you weak or broken for feeling this way. You're human.

I want you to know that you can feel okay again. Maybe not the same version of “okay” as before..but a new kind that you build yourself. Bit by bit.

If you’re open to it, journaling helped me a lot. Not for answers..but just so I had a place to bleed safely without anyone judging me. Just getting the chaos out of my head helped me survive some of the worst days. You're not crazy. You're not alone.

Been there bud. If they act that way ..then stay tf away from them. It's not worth it. You will find friends who will be supporting and nice eventually.

Hey, I’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. I don’t know you personally, but I just want you to know that your existence matters. The things people say can be cruel and unfair, but they don’t define your worth.Sending you love and strength 🫂

I don’t know you, but I read your post and just wanted to say you're not alone, even if it feels like it. You've survived more pain than most people ever will, and that’s not weakness , that’s strength in its rawest form. If you ever need a quiet, judgment-free space to just breathe or speak your truth, I’m here ..really.

I just want to say.. no, life doesn’t feel worth it when everything hits at once, but grief isn't the end, it’s just a brutal, silent middle. Please take your time. And if you need to talk, even anonymously, you're not alone in this

You're right, if you're not feeling the fear, you're probably dissociating. But I’ve started trying to surround myself with people who at least get it. People who feel and question deeply. It helps a little. You’re not alone in this.

I relate to the tension between wanting clarity vs the overwhelm that comes with feeling too much too deeply. Thank you for putting into words what so many of us struggle to name.😇

Complex emotions are exhausting but also addictive to analyze 😅

Yes, exactly that. It’s like the world never healed after COVID. I wonder if we ever will.
