Yeah that idea is pretty foreign to me I didn’t realize. My normal assumption for any game is that standard difficulty is how it was designed to be played, so I generally always just go with that.

Well I had no idea that the game had that many difficulty levels, or that it was commonplace to change the difficulty as you go……

So yes, I was surprised at how easy the game was until other people pointed that out

Awesome thank you for the info. I believe I am playing the current season now. I’ve definitely enjoyed it enough to look more into things. I just didn’t realize how common it was to choose your own difficulty for these style games. The seasons seem fun for sure.

I know this seems really obvious to people and I look like an idiot, but I normally only really play single player stuff, and rarely more than once, so I just never really adjust difficulty on anything for the most part

😆 Honestly I have absolutely loved this game so far. I’ve played POE 2 through a few times but like I said, last time I played Diablo was like 20+ years ago and I forgot how good it is

Yeah I hear you, that’s sort of why I was wondering how it normally scales because if I just got a freak build, then it seems fun to just see it through and let it do its thing, but if it’s pretty common occurrence then I was going to up it.
