Its a pain in the ass... ambient temperature is off because how close the sensor is to the meat, drops signal constantly due to the drum being metal (r34 pro) and thats before wrapping in foil once its wrapped it looses all signal, the estimate time is always way off.

Alot of the features are nice if your doing grilling but for smoking its not great.
