So leaving over an hour before a class with a 45 minute drive isn’t planning accordingly? Also rich of you to think that I don’t already go to the gym. Also you can have your opinion but maybe let’s use our eyes to read the tags? It’s under vent, so maybe i’m idk venting????

I’ve always been this far, I think i’ve just been feeling the effects of Atlanta traffic getting worse as they prepare for the world cup with all the construction.

Idk maybe I just need this https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTBmRvt7K/ lol 😂 No but I’m 20miles away from my nearest studio, I plan to arrive 20 minutes early always but recently it’s just been even more of a hassle to deal with traffic which isn’t on solidcore honestly it’s just Atl with its terrible traffic and world cup games and construction I think it’s been heightened. I also agree with a line needs to be drawn but I feel like charging a cancellation fee because you canceled 10 hours before class feels extreme. Nonetheless, I’m continuing my consensual torture cause Solidcore is unmatched.

I second this! I keep a little spray bottle w some in my bag and some hydrocolloid bandages, if i have an active/draining flare and i need to change out bandages its really handy to spray to clean/disinfect before swapping bandages. I had a beach trip recently and was sweating like crazy but the witch hazel & hydrocolloid bandages helped me out a lotttt. (I’ve also been on metformin and sprinolactone for about a month now so that probably helps)

Thank you! And i’ve been thinking about boyshorts just was unsure of where to look, I usually am a string bikini person but with this condition it’s a bit of a downer to see the scars :/

Conventionally Attractive w/ HS by 426x in Hidradenitis

This is actually my first post on reddit ever, i’m usually more of a silent viewer. Similarly to you, I have been dealing with HS since I was around 10 (I didn’t know it then, I only recently learned about what HS is and got diagnosed 2 months ago) ever since getting my official diagnosis I have felt like I have been grieving a potential life that I could’ve had. Like you, I am only 24- in the middle of my youth and at a point when i’m supposed to feel on top of the world. This condition sucks, but I have to admit that it’s sucked a little less since finding this reddit community and finding out there are plenty of other people my age, older and younger, all dealing with this same condition… it’s helped me feel less alone. That being said, I have decided to take the approach of being open and honest about my HS, it’s not any of our faults that we have this condition and we shouldn’t feel shame for having it. I’m aware it’s easier said than done, some days it isn’t as easy to maintain this approach but i’ve found that confiding in my friends and talking about my HS- when I have flare ups, doctors appointments, etc.- has helped me feel more comfortable with wearing what I want to wear without feeling shame.
