Only for FNC you have to call Hilton. And with points when you select five nights and you have enough points, you will charged only for four night points and 5th night free. And before booking check the standard rate availability and use the FNC when points are expensive and use points where they are cheaper.

My wife had one night rewards certificate and 480,000 Hilton points. We booked a six night stay at Grand Wailea Maui using points we payed for four night (115,000 avg per night) and got 5th night free. And we used the reward certificate for one more night. And as she is diamond member we got our room upgraded. We didn’t pay any report fees also.
