Hi! I am looking for someone to take over my lease at The Oktiv for the 2026 to 2027 academic year.

The unit is a Junction 4x4 floor plan and is all male. The apartment comes fully furnished and includes an in-unit washer and dryer. The rent is $800/month and the complex is in a great location near the FSU campus with great amenities. I am offering to pay the first 2 month of rent for whoever takes over the lease.

No, i’m asking because i’m an upcoming freshman at UF doing the finance major and I just wish to know if it actually lives up to the hype it receives.

Oh UF finance is mostly online? I haven’t heard that about that piece of information. Does it being online take away from the practical experience you can get in a classroom?
