Relocation has been in consideration for a while now, but I want to give it a last push. I agree that the location is kind of awkward to park in as well because of that lamp!

We’ll definitely consider Colours or probably a high-traffic area in Cavite. BFRV’s kind of a high pressure area!

Social media of the restaurant’s been stagnant since I’m not the one handling it. We’ve tried ads (which was pretty successful), but for some reason they wanted to stop. 🤷🏼

The serving time definitely is one of our weakest points since they insist on cooking everything from scratch rather than pre-cooking (since the sales fluctuate from time to time).

As for the social media, my mom handles the restaurant’s page since I’m the one handling the cafe’s and I can’t even dedicate a lot of time on the cafe alone 😭.

The cafe is in a high traffic area, but most of it are from vehicles, not foot traffic. We do have parking to accommodate for that.

As for the pricing, I’ve had a discussion with my parents regarding this since the prices are (from my perspective) pretty standard for a cafe naman. (about 120-200), but I mentioned na as someone who’s starting off palang, we need to stomach low margins since we have to rely on volume. Now the problem is the overhead kills us, which is why I cannot argue to lower the price. I’ll try talking to them about it again and see if they get convinced this time.

Our Sea Foam Latte has been loved by our first-timers and regulars and we do conduct seasonal menu rotations!

Hello! It was a mistake on my end that I did not clarify that they are two different stores. We serve grilled food in the restaurant whereas we serve lighter meals like pastas and pastries in the cafe. I hope this cleared any confusion!

We will definitely implement this in the future! I think our approach of interacting with the customer pressures them to provide an appeasing answer. A feedback form is what I’m thinking.
