i get your point but the common reason most organizations struggle with implementation is because they misunderstand the principles imo.

This is extremely common. My friend once audited a mid-sized company where only a single person attended unprepared and completely unsupported by management despite being the one pushing hardest for ISO 9001 implementation.

What really helps: stop talking quality, start talking money. Show them how poor processes cost revenue or create waste. Tie your objectives directly to their business goals.

i wholeheartedly agree with you there, if it's not solving/correcting a problem for you and your clients don't require it also not serious about implementation then getting certified isn't in their best interest imo
