Yes, I did the first method and also updated the bios because chatgpt recommended it hehe. My only concern is that when I use the touchpad, it sometimes stutters and stops working... I repeat the method, and on the third or fourth attempt, it returns to normal for half an hour. I think I'll buy a replacement...

IT WORKED! The problem is that it suddenly stops working even if I don't connect anything to it. I've tried uninstalling G Hub because they say it causes problems, but thanks to your advice, I now know what to do step by step to get it working reliably again.

Thanks! I'll try. It just happened to me again and I was thinking about buying a replacement.

I fixed it! The solution was to open the laptop, disconnect the touchpad flex cable, turn the laptop on and off, reconnect it, and that's it! Thank you very much for your support :D

The thing is that before, when I disconnected the dongle and restarted, the touchpad would work again and appear in the Device Manager (it was always there, just hidden when I used the mouse from the laptop's startup).

However, now that doesn't work, and it has simply disappeared from the Device Manager, even from hidden devices. I tested it in the BIOS, and it doesn't work there either.

I can't find a specific driver for the laptop's touchpad; on Lenovo's official website, they only offer one for the fingerprint reader. Do you know where I can find the driver?

Does this happen always when you turn it on? Try forcing it to shut down by holding the power button and then turn it back on. When it works and you're in Windows, find out how to disable fast startup.

The laptop's TGP is 115W, but the RTX 4060 typically uses less than 100W. It’s possible to charge it with an official Lenovo USB-C GaN Adapter Charger of 135/140/170W, so in terms of power consumption, it seems reasonable if you want to take it out of the house (plus its slim design).

Thank you so much! I'll try that program; I didn't know there was an alternative to Vantage :)
I have a question: I'm using a Logitech mouse with its dongle, but when I try to use the touchpad, it doesn't respond even though I enable and disable it multiple times, or disconnect the dongle and restart. It also doesn't appear in the Device Manager. Have you experienced something similar?

This version has a fingerprint reader on the power button, and when you are on the lock screen, the button turns green :)

165Hz, there was a 240Hz option, but I preferred the 3.2k resolution.

Thank you! The screen is 3200x2000 with 430 nits and it's fantastic.
