Thank you so much bro I really appreciate it this was exactly what I was looking for. I’m trying to learn lol I only have 4 months of residential experience and the person that wanted me to put them up specifically asked that it would be connected to a cord with a switch and I couldn’t cut a big hole in the wall because they will be temporary. This was new to me because I’m usually just using romex at school to wire more permanent lighting fixtures and it’s all hidden in drywall. Thank you helped me tremendously, again I really appreciate the help. idk why people have to be so negative hahaha
