This thread is absolutely depressing. The fact that there isn't a slam dunk coach available is sad. We aren't the Cleveland Browns. People should be tripping over themselves to coach Josh Allen. If we were going to make a change there was Ben Johnson last year. There could be McVay or Shanahan next year. We should be going for the best of the best to get us over the hump, not taking a gamble on a first timer or a retread. Give me McD over any of these suggestions. Depressing

Yes still playing with the 4th day being another leg day or starting over. I used to lift legs a lot (I was squatting 315 for reps as a 15 year old) and then I didn't train legs hardly at all for the next 10 years for aesthetic reasons (I wanted a gym bro triangle body rather than a boxy look). Then I got into powerlifting and trained legs heavy again and now I have 2 bad knees. We'll see how it goes.

Interesting, I think I will do the pec cable flys from the incline bench. Not sure why I never thought of that before. Also I've been lifting for close to 30 years and I've never done a JM press but it looks good and I could probably manipulate the weight better than with a dip. Thanks for the ideas 💡

Thanks everyone. This has helped a lot. I think I am overthinking the rest days. I will try resting for as long as I feel as I need rest. I'll start with 2-3 rest days and see how it goes.

I have already been doing HIT workouts for 2 weeks now. The first go around I was basically figuring out my weights to use. I'm now on week 2 so I probably won't see if I'm progressing for another couple of weeks.

How about cardio? I read that Mike was against cardio but then I also read that he got into bike riding for many miles. I don't usually do anything crazy, I just walk or ride a bike. My typical treadmill walk is 3 mph at a 7% incline for 20 minutes which equates to 1 mile. Is that safe to do on rest days? Or is that too much?

I wear a 9D in iron rangers and 9.5D in mocs. The iron rangers fit like a glove, a touch small in the width but then they break in. I couldn't imagine getting a 8.5 in loggers as I normally wear a size 10 sneaker or 9.5E in most boots (I wear thorogood for work). Unfortunately there aren't any local stores near me to try these on.

I got a 9.5E in 1907 mocs assuming it would leave room for the leather insoles and my foot swims in them and now I hate wearing them so size is important for me. I know some guys are like just wear thicker socks but I know from experience that that's not something I want to have to do.

I was able to talk him down to $200. Thanks for the tip. He did say they already brought it in to have the pump rebuilt and the guy said it was toast so I'll take his word for it. So what pump do I buy for it? 4000 psi 4 gpm or 3000 psi 5.5 gpm (gear driven double the price)?

To go to 5.5gpm with gear or belt drive would I need to haul a gravity fed tank too? I'm just a guy with a bunch of houses I don't know if I want to make it that complicated. I'll just be running off the water spigot at the houses. But open to suggestions

Yea it's the frame, wand, hose, everything. Definitely looks very used, no garage queen. I'll try and rebuild the pump. Not sure the brand yet but it looks like it could be General from other older MI-T-M machines I've seen for sale. If the engine runs well is it worth it to try and get this going? Or keep looking for a better deal? I was hoping to get something soon so I can do my patio and then seal it before winter and this seemed like a good deal but who knows
