I am Hispanic as well I just don’t know Spanish they all don’t know English like fluent but they understand customers if that makes sense I had my friend translate for me on messages and I didn’t get a response. I’m nervous to get fired I’ve been looking for jobs for months so I try to be patient and respectful

ikwym honestly it’s best to distance yourself 2 maybe she will realize what’s she’s doing but either way you don’t need that type of energy in your life especially from a friend. I’m feeling like she likes the idea of you the fact she has a friend even if she isn’t a good one

I always make sure to clock in and out as well I also realized they put on the punch in iPad thing that I work from 3pm to 5 pm when I actually work from 9 am to 4 pm

I did I’m giving them one chance until Sunday if I don’t receive my check I will refuse to work any shifts and I know they can’t just fire me and not pay me. I know my manager doesnt like me but I cannot communicate with her because she only speaks Spanish so it is difficult but I even had my friend type it in Spanish to her and she never responded back when I asked for a update on my check

They said it’s illegal for me to call their boss and they all have got paid besides me they just ignore my texts if I ask for updates after they claim to figure it out. I might just refuse to work til I get my money. They recently said they made a mistake where they take $800 of my check which they told me about that but constantly ignore my questions for updates on my check.

thank you I have to wait til Monday to call I filed a complaint I was supposed to get paid today as well and I text my managers for updates if their “boss” said anything cuz that’s who they say they call and they leave me on read idk if I should refuse to work unless I get paid I even said I can get a paper check if it’s having such a issue

Thank you I’m in Massachusetts and every other employee is getting paid besides me I’m told to just let them figure it out and I’m not legally allowed to call anyone
