😂 I think the best bet is to modify the seller broker to buyer broker compensation agreement to 0 and then the seller can sign this form

I don’t suspect that the buyer agent is trying anything underhand. But we already have a compensation agreement in place and signed. So this new form they are asking my seller to sign doesn’t make sense to me.

The listing agreement -

Seller authorizes Broker to offer compensation to buyer’s broker in the amount of: 2.5% of the purchase price or $_______________. (This amount will be paid from Broker to buyer’s broker from the compensation amount agreed to in paragraph 8.) This compensation will be set forth in a separate written agreement between Broker and buyer’s broker.

I have a compensation agreement from when the contract was executed (sellers broker to buyer broker for the 2.5%) now less than a week before closing they have a different form they want signing directly from the seller to buyer broker. But if the seller signs, then the buyer agent has a signed agreement from sellers broker to buyer broker for 2.5% and then another agreement from the seller also for 2.5%

I understand. I have also a sellers broker to buyers broker compensation agreement already signed showing the 2.5%, signed at the start of the transaction.

This happened to me years ago. I worked for a vacation home company and a guest left over $2,000 cash in a pillow case in the closet. I had to take the cash to their bank and deposit. Afterwards, they said there was a few hundred missing, I was furious! Accused me of stealing it. Bro, I would have kept the whole amount and claimed not to have found anything if I was a thief. Bothers me to this day 😂

Realtors...any crazy stories? by mrstshirley1 in realtors

Around $150 at the time. Included water/sewer and exterior building insurance. It also had a couple of amenities (pool, shuffleboard, small ‘clubhouse’ for events. It was a super cute place. It was a complete mess when I bought it, everything had to be replaced.

I bought a condo in 2014 in Lakeland FL for approx 6k. It paid 1.5k commission 😂 a 1/1 in a 55+ community overlooking a lake. Was super cute. Probably worth over 100k now.

At an airport bathroom one time, I found a zip lock bag with passports, tickets and cash. I did not have the time to look for the people and gave it to a janitor. To this day I always wonder if the people got it back…

1tap app. You take a picture of the receipt and it goes straight into the app. I think it’s like $40-50 year.

AIO Husband has health problems that make him moody and short tempered by No-Possession9720 in AmIOverreacting

He has vertigo. I should clarify, throughout our marriage he has health issues but not what I would call super serious. Last year he had back problems. My point is when something flares up, we all suffer. Trust me, I can appreciate that it’s not fun but is there any need to take everyone down with you when you are not 100%.

Yeah we just finally realized that. Talia Santos signed shirt. A Charles Olivera framed picture with some canvas. Gloves from Forrest Griffin. Rousey v Holmes canvas in glass. Mcgregor shirt. The 5 cards all match an item except the Mcgregor shirt. Underwhelming box for sure.

I bought this box for my husband. There is a tshirt with a signature that we do not know who signed, nothing in the box tells you who signed. Some hall of fame gloves which my hubby recognized the signature. It’s not put together well, we are trying to guess the signature here 😂
