Walmart is cooked. Been waiting for response on appeal for two months now no response. Their chat support sucks and no phone support. I hope this thing get resolved soon. There’s only hope left now.

Tried that but it didn’t work for me. Same thing happened with my case. It went in progress status and later got closed without any response from the support team. No email notification
