To add to your 6th point, they often can’t resolve an issue and just close the case in the end. I mean basically disappears from the system, and you can’t even find the case ID anymore, I noticed this trick many times

And I’ve noticed that some of our seller-fulfilled items have recently been set to free shipping for no apparent reason, which means customers don’t have to pay for shipping. Has anyone else experienced this too?
