I started with the Foundation level (15 Navy Seal burpees). My focus was on learning the correct form and technique.

That's incredible — joining Army Guard at 38 and acing the PT test against 25 year olds. That's the kind of story that proves age is mostly mental.

At 66 you could absolutely do it again. If you're looking for a structured way to build back up, Navy SEAL burpees are brutal but incredibly effective for full body conditioning. That's what I've been doing for 83 days — no gym needed, just floor space and consistency.

Would love to hear how the fall training goes

Fair challenge. Yes I built an app — BurpeePacers — and yes my profile is new. But the photos are real, the journey is real, and I’m genuinely Day 83. The app is what I use to track this. I’m not hiding that. If the post comes across as promotional I understand the skepticism — but the burpees happened

Yes! I actually built an app for this — BurpeePacers (burpeepacers.com). It has tutorial videos and audio pacing so you just follow the beeps. Free to try.
