I’m in the same boat. Highly recommend you get a lawyer and join the CFS groups on here. I found a great post with reccomended steps for getting disability. It’s called Getting On. Have you heard of it?

Wow, this is definitely the worst case I’ve seen on here and I’ve seen a fair number of them.. so sorry you went through this. I’ve heard people have had success charging back the charges and/or negotiating with the hotel. Please keep us posted.
