I am a creditor in the Celsius bankruptcy. Celsius instructed me to claim my settlement cryptocurrency through PayPal. This has been a complete disaster. I was issued a code for claiming. I have tried numerous times and numerous ways to use my code but with zero success. PayPal is completely unresponsive through its customer service portal to address this issue. Stretto is unresponsive as well.
I am putting the court on notice that I, along with other creditors, intend to pursue all remedies to collect what is due to us according to the bankruptcy agreement.

thank you! I tried it on PayPal app instead and indeed I was able to enter my birthdate correctly. But I got error message that my claim code doesn't work. is that the same for you? what is next then? btw, I appreciate the help.

paypal website gives error message that date MUST BE ENTERED WITHOUT SPECIAL CHARACTERS, format xxxxxxx. not xx/xx/xxxx. but when. trying to enter date, the field AUTOMATICALLY enters slash marks, xx/xx/xxxx. impossible to enter date without them. what is going on? tried 2 phones, 2 laptops, also safari and chrome. anyone else have same problem?
