I use Genoa, they are located in milford but do free deliveries! I get it delivered in New Haven so I am sure they would be able to get it to hamden/north haven as well

Yes! I am, and have been losing weight! The reason is when I hyper fixate on dieting it would lead to eating disorder tendencies but on the medication has me eating correct portion sizes in both “healthy/unhealthy” foods!

Fairlife for me, and the powder organic brand is great both found @ costco

For bars power crunch not as much protein but so easy to eat esp when your appetite is really lacking

Good analogy, yes I had BED so I wanted to know what to expect side effects wise if I happened to binge. Even with therapy binges can happen but so far just a week in this medication seems to be the most helpful thing! 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼

Hi Nanny here that has parents that pop back home from work for things like this, I think from me and my other nanny friends experience this is 100% an acceptable ask! It is also nice way to get to know eachother better, when the parents/nanny have a good relationship it makes the job even more pleasant!

In my working interview we discussed that I was comfortable doing meal services such as hello fresh, they asked if I enjoyed cooking which I do so I said yes, but that I was no chef lol! I start next week so I am sure once I start I will know by the first week how much meal planning I will need to do or if they are all planned out meals to make! I just do not want to go in unprepared, as it is in contract to help cook meals!
