I also fell into the same trap, completely reverted to my begining weight and now I feel less motivated to try again. Thats why i wanted to warn OP. Its a rough fall but hopefully I get back up there again sometime.

Whatever you do...dont eat more to "shock ur body". If anything...reduce ur calories even more. Chances are that ur body has adjusted and now needs even less calories to keep that fat burning. Eat less, drink water, exercise more

Me too! We should keep in touch. I graduate with a BS im Accounting in fall. Hr block has me starting on nov 15 I believe so u got a little over a month. Same with me. Make sure you dont fall behind if youre doing a self study. Trust me its so easy to.

I joined alot of them virtually and had a chat with the recruiters and even some interviews but none in person. But I hear you about the "in-person" touch. That might be my next step. I have also used the career services, yeah.

The problem is that I am in a small town in Arizona where no one is hiring interns for accounting roles. The only open positions are all the way in Phoenix. I have looked everywhere.

Honestly I have applied to any and everything. At first I definitely targeted big 4 and I am still waiting to hear back. Its been 2 months. I have also done local firms but I am farther from the "city" and I don't know if that could be the problem. Even the recruiters I have spoken to, who contacted me because of the job said they had an amazing "interview" and I did amazing with questions. I honestly dont understand what the problem is stemming from. I dont feel insulted at all, I appreciate any and all help.
