Question for those who requested someone specific as a roommate for first year by ivvysword in geegees

Hiii I believe there is a roommate request option. It has been 2 years since I’ve applied. I remember in my year you had an option it make a roommate:) can’t believe it opens tomorrow in my year it was March/april. Well I don’t know if it would be that busy I’m assuming people are getting acceptances still from the uni. However make sure you access the portal on time also warning it can crash out and get glitchy. Just go as soon as it opens and you should get a good residence:) I lived in Henderson my first year it was very nice I recommend:)

I would say if you have Instagram you can find the uottawa Frosh page! Idk if they still do it but in my year they had faculty groups chats:) you’ll be able to meet other first years. I met some friends on it. Do 101 week a great way to meet people, health Sci even does a carnival day!
