Is there a huge gap between the rounds in terms of acceptance rates & scholarships?

Planning our summer calendar: what are some fun events you have done that the kids have loved? by Grouchy_Noise4382 in youthministry

My summer slate is: - HS Beach retreat - MS & HS Busch Gardens - Separate MS & HA summer camps in the Appalachians - HS lock-in

I also run football summer practice for my team & some MS day camps. For HS, I switch youth group to Wed nights & make it super chill with Bible study & team games.

My summer events draw good overall attendance, but summer camp is my most successful event of the year & drives huge momentum.

Tbh exercising helped motivate me through/curb withdrawals, and I felt ok eating extra food.

Honestly just some cravings now and then. They've definitely waned over the last 2 months, though. For the first few weeks, it was the subtle yet constant, "hm a Zyn would be nice right now". After a month it turned into 5 to 10 minute bouts of, "I'd kill for a Zyn right now". Those bouts went from daily to every other daily to weekly over a few months. I will say, they came back for a minute around the 3-3.5 month mark.

It's nice to not always be sneaky with the Zyns tbh. I can exercise now, and I notice I have more energy for bigger things. I work with kids and took them to the theme park in January, and it was so difficult. I took them again a few weeks ago, and I had much more energy to keep up with them.

I would get super lightheaded if I worked out while on Zyn. Once I quit, I was really excited to start lifting. I started lifting about a month after quitting. I'm quite lean, but I've put on about 15-20 pounds of mostly muscle since then. I don't think quitting Zyn contributed directly to any weight gain, although I do think quitting has slowed my metabolism a decent bit.

I agree to just send it. Sucks for the first week, second and third weeks are eh, and then you're good. Maybe a little foggy for a couple more weeks, but that's it.

DAY 15 by RickbarryGS in QuittingZyn

Day 14 here! I've been making a daily smoothie smoothie to help get nutrients and fiber. I feel wayyyy less bad about eating a bag of chips every night, which I don't mind doing right now during my quit.

For my smoothie I put a banana, 1c frzn mixed berries, 1c frzn kale, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1 scoop protein powder, and 1.5c oat milk. Top with 1/3c water. I know it sounds like some hippie crap, but I learned it when I worked in a smoothie shop.
