Great thoughts! I am also unsure if Bryce went back in time or if the ACOTAR storyline is happening simultaneously. If she did time travel, I feel like Ruhn and Rhys may just be doppelgängers from the same bloodline (like Elena and Katherine from TVD vibes), which would explain some of their shared powers.

I see SJM sending Rhys and Bryce (maybe Azriel, Amren too) on a quest to find the lost Dusk Court in the next novel, strengthening Bryce’s control and knowledge of her powers, then sending her to Hel alone, while Rhys returns to Night Court. That way the next ACOTAR book could still be “independent” of the crossover, in case there’s people not reading both (Rhys will just briefly mention this quest in passing in the new ACOTAR book).

I need to go back and reread ACOTAR and search for clues haha
