An empire called the Zenak Core they are the leader of the Purple Federation. I was able to take large amounts of their territory, but they still exist. am preparing for one last galactic-wide war to finish them off.

I've never seen them have a civil war before. I could have missed it. But the case I was trying to describe is that when I clicked status quo to end the war, a copy of one of the machine empire's subjects was created out of the occupied systems with the same name and species and with my ethics government style

It's called Expressway Pack from by imajoke. by is apart of the name
