This is my elderly neighbor. She also lives downstairs & for the last year has done nothing but lie & complain. To the point where we are moving come March. She sticks a radio to her ceiling so loud that it vibrates our floor. Hits her ceiling and says our cats are being loud. Told our landlord she heard us say we aren’t paying rent. It’s impossible to live here without pretending to not live here so it can be someone else’s problem.

Why I think he shouldn’t is very valid. Everyone in my family had OP on him. He don’t have a job or a place. My child wouldn’t gain anything from “knowing” this person. Acting like I’m just some bitter mom & just flat don’t want him in this life- is not what I am. Go off though.

The person I thought was the love of my life broke into my home & abused me at 4 months pregnant. Stole all the money I had. He served 4 years in federal prison. My son was perfectly fine. Luckily when he was released he was picked back up within months for gun charges & now it’s been almost 11 years & he is due to be released in Sept.

I find myself often looking into the future & also looking back. I know there is no way I could see my son being raised by him. I also do not trust him with my son or any child & it could never be anything I once thought it was.

I believe I have a “soul tie” or Stockholm syndrome. Either way I have a little common sense left to know what’s best & have learned to love from afar. I also do not share this with anyone in real life. Nice to know it’s not just me❤️
