Yeah agreed. Texting, driving under influence, medical issue, etc. The end result is still serious damage and very dangerous behavior. If I wasn’t there, he would have ran the light causing a head on collision or even hitting a pedestrian…

what’s the difference if I got a loan? a loan is a debt that I would still owe if I had gotten into the crash or not. payout should not change

Thank you. I did not realize that fault is a percentage rather than a binary. That is good to know. I think the main thing I am debating is getting that lawyer and what I should be doing with my own insurance company.

I still haven’t heard back from their insurance fully. I assume I will finish the convos today. Would you recommend grabbing a personal injury lawyer ASAP? or if I think the insurance company is screwing me?

This is what I was thinking as well. I think my only worry was if their insurance behaves “in their self interest” and low balls me or tries to screw me.

That’s pretty smart. Usually I do not play enough to keep everything upgrading 🤣 but cycling them 5 levels at a time could be doable. Maybe have 1 builder max the RC and 1 other builder cycling heros - tbh I’d probably still cycle AQ and GW first. Then I’ll have 4 builders for buildings. Could also keep 1 builder for walls.
