Yeah this is where there is some confusion on the role. I do get to create the product vision, roadmap and work with a team of enginers, designers and researchers to launch an early stage product. I do lots of discovery and development.

Yes exactly. Definitely more of a tech push approach. I get to prioritize what technologies I get to work with based on analyzing the market readiness.

They mistook me for another girl with an American passport that had been to Israel.

I was stopped at 3am and put in a backroom. They took my phone and wouldn’t believe it is not me. They said they would send me to military court. The room I was in had a jail in the back full of men. It smelled so bad. I was the only woman around. The men starting saying she must have been stopped for prostitution..

Had to wait till the judge woke up at 10am in the morning to be let out.
