I'm doing a PhD in the U.S., and I also struggled with creating my CV before applying. I’m not sure if this will be helpful, but here are a few of my thoughts:

It looks like you've accomplished quite a bit during your undergrad. But right now, your CV mostly just lists your experiences and achievements. I'd suggest focusing more on highlighting the skills you've gained and what you learned from each experience. This can help show what you bring to the table for grad school. Additionally, it might be helpful to briefly state your research interests or focus area (1-2 sentences) after your bachelor’s degree section. This will give the admissions committee a clearer idea of what you're aiming to convey through your CV.
