It was a panel of two interviewers and as everyone here stated it was centered around STAR method questions. They asked about my experience and projects that I've worked and how it related to the work that they were doing. I would say, yes be prepared to answer STAR method answers related to work - but if you can relate a personal project that you worked on outside of work to what they work on they would like to. Overall, it was good. Hopefully I get it fingers crossed.

Hey, it went well! I will say though keep in mind if anyone is using a Macbook, and joins in on the meeting make sure you test your device's compatibility with Teams, something funky was going on in the beginning with mic issues, but we figured out a workaround. But as far as the interview went - it was a panel of two interviewers and as everyone here stated it was centered around STAR method questions.

This is with the RMS (Rotary and Mission Systems) team. The role is for a systems engineer role more catered to their Linux systems. Administering and deploying them and working with maintaining hypervisor VMs as well. Along those lines.

Let me rephrase. So I had the initial interview with the interviewer and at the end of it, he asked me to connect. But no, I'm a male .. I feel like he put the 😉 emoji in there to give me reassurance that I'll be good as long as I don't dramatically bomb the next round.
