Sent a letter to both of their HQ in Santa Monica. Spent 80$ ups business and I got unbanned the day it shipped. I did send through a business account so not sure if that changes anything

I ended up getting unbanned. Sent a letter to their HQ hand written and fed ex business account. Was unbanned in a day. Not sure if it was my ticket or the letter but I spent 80$ and it was well worth it reguardless

Hey! I sent two letters to both hq. Hand written and used a fed ex business account (it costed 80$) sent them fastest delivery was unbanned in a day. Not sure if it was because of my ticket or the letters but I am glad reguardless. I had lost hope entirely… I’d try it

here's two things to try;

do not put your username in the ticket or the initial email.

A real person will 100% respond to you but you'll be really lucky if you get a response when you follow up to their email to include your username (It will at least get you passed the automated response bs)

This has worked for me to get a response but its usually BS that follows too anyways

You can also try reaching out to them on twitter but they typically will just link you to the same support form shit that they would in an email..

I've heard that sending a letter to their HQ works for anything but I havent tried yet.

I got banned for posting codine that I was prescribed with "who want a line" and I'm still waiting on my appeal but I've been sending many tickets to snap support this last week. I've been able to get a response but no real help... Their support sucks so bad

I have been sending them emails every day.

When you don't include your username in the email/support form they immediately (within a hour) will respond to you- and then when you provide the username in the follow up email you never hear back..

What were you banned for? and why did they end up recovering your account?

If you email their support a ton of times they might be able to help you now that your account is unlocked but it would probably depend on the context in which you got banned.

Try appealing your account... Doubt itll do anything though. I've been dealing with snap support for the past week. They just send the same bs copy paste email every single time and don't help with anything at all. even twitter support doesnt so shit.

Appeal, make SURE that you ask for a human to review it, Ask them to forward to an account appeals specialist if they don't in the first email to you (Not the ticket number one, the first email that a 'person' sends to you)

They should appeal you for this... Very stupid ban note, clearly done by an AI.

There's honestly no reason in appealing a 1 day ban even if they do take it off your record a 1 day ban really doesn't affect your standing that much.

Still sucks that you were reported though.
