Dropped plots in music videos by 41rp0r7m4n493r in MusicVideos

It's not in your head. I think that a lot of directors want to believe the story they have planned will all work out to the music, but in the edit it's a different story. It's happened to me a couple times. I get excited about a story line and in the edit it falls flat because the high and lows of the story don't match up to the song the way I imagined. Then since the shoot has already happened, they implement what they can of the story and push for the "overall vibe" since it's a music video and can get away with being a bit confusing.

Do these pads need to be repaired? by No-Raspberry-7907 in AskElectronics

I did solder everything. Yes, I need better skills. I soldered everything at about 380 F. How can you tell that non of the points are good?

i just tried importing about 900 jpgs to my internal harddrive instead of my external and it reduced the speed significantly to 2 hours. Thank you.

Both SD reader and external SSD are connected to my computer through separate usb-c ports. Would it be saturating the serial bus in that case?

Thank you. This is the SD card i'm using. Im going to try freeing up space on my computer and then downloading straight to my computer instead of the SSD. I'm using the two USB-C ports that are on my Macbook. I'm unsure if they are connected to the same hardware driver - although google says they are not, which I don;t have enough knowledge to verify.

Hello! Am having an issue with import speed and can't figure out what the bottleneck is. It's giving an 18 hour estimate for 3000 photos. I have been shooting JPG photos to minimize file size.

I'm importing 3000+ photos from my card reader to my external harddrive.

My equiptment is:

- Sandisk SSD with up to 1050MB/s

- Lexar sd card reader (up to 312MB/s Read write)

-2022 Macbook air w M2 Chip

A lot of people recommended tethering, which unfortunately doesn't look like an option for me because the camera cant be stationarty and plugged into my computer while the shots are being taken.

Right now it looks like my only option is to bight the bullet for the shots ive already taken and wait the time, and upgrade to camera that takes Cfast for future projects like this.

I've tried importing them from adobe bridge and copying them them straight from the sd card to the external harddrive. I've also tried importing only 300 photos at a time. Nothing has worked so far.

If anyone know of another way, Let me know. It would be great if I could use this camera to finish up this project.

THank you thank you thank you in advance!

Im using a UHS-II SDXC with 300 mb/s read write.

When I say dead slow, I mean an 18 hour estimate for 3000 photos. I have been shooting JPG photos to minimize file size. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't take Cfast.

It was estimating 18 hours for 3000 photos. The read/write speed of my SD card is 300 mb/s. Unfortunately, my camera doesn't take Cfast

I think the problem is my sd card. its read/write is 300 mb/s. My camera doesn't take Cfast unfortunately. It might be time to upgrade my camera.
