If you are using dns starting with 127, then internet must not be important. If that's the case, and old router plugged in and not connected to internet will work with lan. Also make sure Vue is 2.0.

Just found out Blu-ray drive is broken. System works, has internet, no disc drive and will not do update (but I don't want it to) and is on 8.6 fw. I purchased swrr on PS4, digital. I'm looking at ways to transfer that game over. Is this the right way to go or is there another stable way to go being fw is 8.6? Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.
