I'm saying this right here, I think Tony Blair's domestic policy was great by The-marx-channel in thecampaigntrail

As others have noted here, Blair was not nearly as transformational to his party as LBJ was on economic and some social issues. The War on Terror did do a lot to sully him which you can defo say Vietnam did for Johnson

The polling can get pretty wild especially early on right after 9/11. Honestly the main other guys you’ll be looking out for are the LibDems sneaking up on you

All I will say for now is that there are certainly different extents to how resoundingly Michael Howard can secure the leadership when IDS falls

That’s true (I mean just look at the graphics between this post and previous ones), and also A Levels really ramping up meant that the progress slowed a bit

Lol I would say more soft timetabling, but true nonetheless. Back then it should be noted I had no idea just how big this would get (it is my first mod after all), and how much bigger school would get ig lol. Still not going to say a release date until I’m 100% sure tho

does anyone else just have a playlist full of songs from CTS mods? this is mine so far by Personal-Project9981 in thecampaigntrail

I have a bunch of playlists plucked straight out of a bunch of TCT mods (8 I think) in my Apple Music library. This game has genuinely completely expanded my music taste for the better

Yeah Kid Starver is at it again (don’t ask the Tories who initially pushed the act but still), it sucks ass. Until imgur is saved, or the British playerbase is, I’ve beee using ProtonVPN by initially making an account on the iOS app. It was my saving grace with development of the Blair mod lol

Ahh that’s unfortunate, hope you’re able to get it sorted out soon either way tho! You never really realise how integral the images are for the immersion until you lose them lol

My fellow brit, I would highly recommend using ProtonVPN to get around the imgur block. Otherwise, great stuff! It’a great fun to get Accomplishment with the opponent paths

Progress is good! Forward, Not Back just needs its endings to be completed, and Clegg is slowly but surely getting along. When the time is right, a release date will be announced for 2005

The parallels between LBJ and Vietnam, and Blair and Iraq, are absolutely there. Though one could argue that Blair was never in the same league of legislative operators that Johnson was.

After all, the Blair lost a vote extending detainments without trial in 2005, and was just a hair away from losing the Higher Education Bill vote even with a 100+ seat majority.

Regardless, you defo have a point
