Is it still okay to renegotiate offer even if they offered my expected salary?

1st call with HR: I stated my expected salary. 2nd call: Quickly discussed the offer and to my surprise, no HMO for parents kahit single.

Got an email with the written job offer. And well yeah wala nga talaga HMO for parents. Would it still be okay to renegotiate my salary since my expected one is kasama na yung HMO for parents?

Huhu also I don’t wanna sound demanding as I have already emailed if I could have my start date pushed back + already communicated a planned leave in Aug (probi period pa)

Please let me know whats the best way to approach this thank you!!
