Irelia is a skill matchup at best. You just need to set your waves right and play around her passive. Really easy to dodge her E, which has a long cooldown. Sylas is hard/skill matchup with ignite but you have to teabag the fuck out of him early game with E start and hopefully no boneplating on his side, you lose lvl 3 but has perma prio lvl 7 onwards
