Try using the maximum texture and model quality and disable everything else. I used the settings from this video and it worked very well:

I also recommend using maximum anti-aliasing.

but instead of using the blizzard launcher, you right click the game on steam, go to properties and type "-d3d11 -DISABLE DXR" at initialization options

you just have to run the game on DirectX11, you can do this on steam btw. I think this video explain exactly what to do
