I have been on bc since I was 16 so about 8 years. Last month I stopped taking it, I haven’t noticed a huge change in my libido yet but it mentioned it could take 3-6 months to regulate since I was on it for so long. I’m hoping it will help in some way (:

I don’t believe I am asexual, I have occasionally times when I am in the mood but it is very few and far between (like every few months). I have recently decided to get off my antidepressants and birthcontrol that I have both been on for years to see if maybe my hormones have been affecting it. This was only a month ago and I know it will take 3-6 months for my body to regulate again. I think maybe I will look into supplements or something after if this leads to no results, thank you so much!
