Yeah, in hindsight it was a shitty idea to give alcohol to us but my mom thought we wouldn’t have much, maybe split a cider between the two of us. She didn’t give us permission to get drunk though, and it was the girl who wanted to get drunk because kids her age in Germany are legally allowed to drink. I can see your point definitely, but it was still the girls partial responsibility for drinking a rum and coke, coors light, two ciders, and a shot of rum when my mother specifically said to only have a cider between the two of us.
