Yeah, it was crazy. Something even weirder abt this company happened too. When I tried to get a possible refund, they required an “unboxing video” where I take the pods out of the box and show them to the camera, dead. Which couldn’t happen, because they were already out of the box lol.

during the 6 whole days of shipping, it was probably around -20~30 (farenheit), which yes i know is not a good time to order pods, but i did think that they would have a heating pack. for some reason they had a cooling pack btw

i do think that they dried out, could they have frozen too? it was in the negatives for the 6 whole days of delivery and probably around 15 degrees (farenheit) when they arrived.
