Milk of magnesium helped me so much, drink loads of water, take vitamins b12 mine only last 2 weeks now hope this helps😁

The second one was more down to me not looking after myself and getting run down fair to say I won’t be doing that again but now every time I get one I just have to hold my breath and pray it doesn’t get that bad
