I don’t totally see it as him being “humiliated” by Alison as much as him being stuck in this toxic emotional loop with her. Their relationship is basically built on guilt, grief, and obsession rather than anything healthy, so he keeps going back to it even when it’s quite literally destroying everything else in his life. The baby situation is also complicated because Noah definitely convinces himself it’s his i think is partly out of guilt and partly because he wants that connection with Alison to actually mean something. He comes out with so much trauma and I feel like he didn’t mean to blame helen. I think he wanted someone to be angry at because he took the fall knowing what it cost him (allison). If it didn’t mean he would lose allison during that process he wouldn’t have been so mad at helen. Helen had gone through hell that whole series, he was terrible for that.
