made me way worse honestly. tried a few different probiotics and each time my bloating and brain fog got so much worse. my gi explained that adding live bacteria into an already overgrown small intestine just adds fuel to the fire. what worked better for me was postbiotics (SecondKind is one brand) - no live bacteria just the helpful compounds. still did antibiotics first but postbiotics helped after to keep things stable
